Spear-O-Wigwam is a unique property where every guest reservation is both important and special. Our policies help enable each guest to be treated fairly and cordially. In addition, our deposits and cancellation charges are intended to ensure that reservations are a guest’s commitment, so that other potential guests can rely on our availability information.

DEPOSIT
At the time of the booking, a 50% deposit of the full total is charged. This deposit will automatically process to the credit card you provide at the time of your reservation unless you contact us to make other arrangements. The remainder is due upon checkin.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. If you will be arriving outside of these check-in times, please call or email to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Late checkout must be approved ahead of your stay. If you check out late, you may be charged an additional $30.

WiFi is not available to guests at Spear-O-Wigwam.

CANCELLATION
If a reservation is cancelled 14+ days of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled 13 days or less from the scheduled arrival, the deposit amount will not be refunded. Multi-day reservations cancelled 5 days or less from scheduled arrival will be responsible for the full reservation amount.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Reservations made more than 3 months in advance may be charged at a different rate. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole resort bookings and for some holidays and special events.

No Smoking Inside designated outdoor smoking areas are available. If you smoke in a cabin, a fee of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning and deodorizing. No candles or open flames are allowed.

Pets There is a pet charge of $25 for each pet, plus any damage repairs. The pet-friendly cabins are: Antler, Bears Den, Bunkhouse, Jack’s Cabin. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside on the Spear-O-Wigwam grounds. If you are thinking about bringing more than two pets, please email to get prior approval.

DAMAGE OR REMOVAL OF LODGE PROPERTY
Spear-O-Wigwam will charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are damaged or removed from the premises without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount or value of the damaged or missing item.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver’s license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.of the
