Imagine your dream wedding, high in the Bighorn Mountains. Book the entire Spear-O ranch for you and your guests. We provide a unique venue with cabins for overnight guests.

$3,700/day + 13% taxes + $65 generator fee/day. The entire facility (lodge, kitchen, all pots/pans, fridge space, dining area) & 11 cabins at an occupancy of 43 people are included. ——We recommend booking 2 “nights”; the first as check-in is around 1pm & set up this day. 2nd day use as the wedding so your big day doesn’t feel rushed. Watercraft is also included. Waivers must be signed by each watercraft user if wanted.

This price does NOT include any decorations, arches, dinners, breakfasts, lunches, set up, folding chairs, extra tables etc.

We only provide our facility and chairs & tables inside the lodge in the price —approx 40 heavier wood chairs, three 8’ long dinning tables, 2 round tables.

We have 70 white folding chairs to rent out for $2/chair. Powder River Party Rentals is also a great option to rent other tables from!

Please Note: Since we are a fairly small facility, we hope that you are understanding with our policy of needing to book the entire grounds; even if you don’t occupy all cabins. It just doesn’t work out if we have larger events and other cabin guests staying at the same time. Thank you
